Restore, calendar sync, and agent behavior fixes

A pass focused on the places that guard your data.

• Fixed backup restore skipping certain record types — every record type now comes back (public-sharing state, AI opt-in, and email digest settings are intentionally not restored, for safety)
• Events already imported from a calendar are now preserved when you disconnect it — cleanup could previously remove them
• Editing a non-existent item through an agent connection now returns a clear error instead of appearing to succeed
• If your device clock is far off when the app starts, the 30-day trash cleanup is deferred for that session (it applies again once you edit something)
• Aligned the agent connection guide's permission and setup copy with actual behavior, with an automated check to keep them from drifting apart again
• Plus a broad polish of internal checks and safeguards
