The problem we solve

People split their day across many tools — schedules in a calendar, memos in a notes app, tasks in yet another. The same day scatters across several places, and copying it over becomes an endless chore. Most productivity tools just add one more layer on top of that scattering; they don’t resolve the scattering itself.

Syncing takes a different approach. Tasks, calendar, table, and notes are designed as one record from the start, shown through three views at once. Fix one and the rest change with it. No more copying things over.

The principles we hold

Local first — your device comes first. Every record is saved to your device first, then synced to the server. So there’s no waiting on loading, and it doesn’t stop when you’re offline. Data sovereignty isn’t a marketing line — it’s the architecture’s default.

Your data is always yours. Even on the free plan, you can export all of it at once. We don’t lock you in. If you want to leave, you should be able to take your data with you.

No ads, no investors, independent. Syncing-hub sells no ads and takes no outside investment. It runs solely on subscriptions. Rather than fast growth, we chose to stay by your side for the long run.

How we build

We build Syncing together with Claude, an AI colleague. ‘Colleague’ may sound unfamiliar, but the time we’ve spent and the live results prove it. On a workflow systematized on a foundation of trust, human and AI design, build, and verify together. It can’t be ‘perfect,’ but for the sake of a ‘whole’ service, we cross each threshold one step at a time.

Where we’re headed

Today most AI starts from a blank page — it remembers neither yesterday’s context nor your way of working. Syncing goes the other way. Your accumulated records become the AI’s foundation, so that the AI remembers you and works the way you’ve defined. Anyone being able to have their own AI, with no complex setup or expertise — that’s the future we’re drawing with Syncing.
