Usage, restore, and sync — a second full sweep

Our second full sweep. This time the focus was on two questions: are you charged only for what actually ran, and does everything come back whole when you restore?

• AI usage — quota is refunded in full when a task fails or never starts
• AI answers now cite the right passage from the right document
• Voice transcription — cleared the paths where a job could stall or leave usage unreturned
• Version restore — images embedded in a note survive the restore intact
• Google Calendar — events you delete and then restore in Google sync again
• Notion import — content comes through unbroken, and large files are handled safely
• Subscriptions — more accurate expiry dates and payment handling
• Plus a pass over list ordering, previews, date display, and privacy in our diagnostic logs
